Installation
- Download Resin Control from the App Store and Play Store
- Install on your iOS device (iOS 16.6 or later required) or Android Device (beta app)
- Launch the app and accept necessary permissions
- Follow the in-app guide to connect to your printer
Getting Started
Connecting to Your Printer
- Ensure your printer is turned on and connected to your local network
- Open Resin Control
- The app will automatically scan for compatible printers
- Select your printer from the list
- Once connected, you'll see the printer's status screen
Main Features
Status Monitoring
- View real-time printer status
- Check print progress
- Monitor temperature and other vital statistics
- View estimated time remaining for current print
File Management
- Tap the "Files" tab to view printer storage
- To upload a new file:
- Tap "Upload Files"
- Select a .ctb or .goo file from your device
- Wait for the upload to complete
- To start a print:
- Select a file from the list
- Tap "Print" to begin
Print Controls
- Start: Begin printing a selected file
- Pause/Resume: Temporarily halt or continue printing
- Stop: Cancel the current print job
- Each button is context-sensitive and will only be active when the action is available
Camera Monitoring
- Tap the "Camera" tab to view the live feed
- Use this feature to:
- Monitor print progress visually
- Check for any potential issues
- Verify print quality
- * Camera view is disabled in Android Version until the development of the app it's released
Print History
- Access complete print history
- View details of past prints
- Track success rates and printing patterns
